Wat is de minimale bestelhoeveelheid (MOQ) voor spuitgieten?
Onze MOQ varieert per projectcomplexiteit. Voor productiematrijzen begint de gebruikelijke MOQ bij 1.000–5.000 stuks. Voor productie in kleine oplage met bridge tooling kunnen we al vanaf 100–500 onderdelen produceren. Neem contact met ons op met uw specifieke eisen voor een oplossing op maat.
Hoe lang duurt het om een spuitgietmatrijs te maken?
De standaard doorlooptijd voor de fabricage van spuitgietmallen is 4–8 weken, afhankelijk van de complexiteit. Eenvoudige mallen met één holte kunnen in 2–3 weken worden voltooid, terwijl complexe mallen met meerdere holtes en hete kanalen 8–12 weken kunnen duren. We bieden ook een spoedservice voor urgente projecten.
Welke materialen kunnen worden spuitgegoten?
Wij werken met meer dan 400 thermoplastische materialen, waaronder PP, PE, ABS, PC, PA (Nylon), POM, PMMA, TPE, TPU, PEEK, PPSU, PEI, LCP en PPA. Wij kunnen het beste materiaal voor uw toepassing aanbevelen op basis van mechanische eigenschappen, thermische eisen, chemische weerstand en kostendoelen.
Welke toleranties kunt u bereiken bij spuitgieten?
Standaard commerciële spuitgiettoleranties zijn ±0,1mm (±0,005″). Met een geoptimaliseerd malontwerp en procesbeheersing kunnen we precisietoleranties van ±0,01mm (±0,0005″) bereiken voor kritische afmetingen. De tolerantiecapaciteit hangt af van de onderdeelgeometrie, het materiaal en het malontwerp.

Yes. All production molds come with a warranty covering normal wear and tear. Mold lifespan depends on material (aluminum molds: ~1,000–10,000 shots; steel molds: 500,000–1,000,000+ shots). We also offer mold maintenance and refurbishment services to extend tool life.
